Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment in full is required before shipment. We can accept payment by cash, cheque, bank deposit, or credit card online. Please contact us if you would like to pay via methods external to this website.
Delivery within the Australia
All parcels will be shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery time is expected to be 3-4 working days after order.
International Delivery
Hot & Spicy will deliver to any address in the world. Please call or email Hot & Spicy for a quote and we will be happy to accommodate your request(s).
All handling charges, import duties and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Hot & Spicy products are delivered via International Express or Courier. Hot & Spicy only use trusted and reliable delivery providers to ensure products arrive in pristine condition.
Despatch
We send all orders the same working day (if placed before noon) or the next working day.
In the case where a delay is likely, or an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated despatch time. If you urgently need an item and want to check if we can despatch it immediately, we are happy for you to contact us before you place the order.
If you pay by cheque we reserve the right to despatch your goods after your cheque has cleared (please allow an additional five working days for this).
Quality Assurance
Our objective is to assure the quality of our products by following strict quality control standards. Raw material selection, production and packaging processes are all carried out under approved guidelines in a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified factory in Melbourne.
Our aim is to guarantee that all our products that are supplied are of first class quality.
Exchange & Refunds
As Hot N Spicy products are made only from fresh ingredients we are not able to accept returns of product for refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that there is any problem with the quality of the products, and to ensure the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our customer service department, email orders@hotnspicy.com, or by phone +61 3 8390 6113 where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem. When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.
Items ordered that are out of stock
Although we are normally fully stocked of all products, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If you order an item which is out of stock we will notify you of the expected despatch date and send the item by then.
There is, of course, no extra charge for further despatches if we temporarily run out of a product you choose.
When stock is low on a particular item it will show up as red in your shopping cart. You may still order the product, but it may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases all in-stock items will be despatched immediately, and we will notify you of an expected date for the out of stock item. Ordering an out of stock item will not delay the rest of your order being despatched at all.
