Hot n Spicy was established by Daniel Zuccolotto in July 2005.

Daniel's fascination with spices began at an early age in his home town north of Milan (Italy) and after many years of expertise as a chef he finally achieved what he call "the perfect blend" which consist in the combination of selected chilies and others fresh ingredients , obtaining a product ready to be used in any aspect of cooking.

Our products are selected from some of the finest growers in Australia, specially from North QLD making our company 100% Australian made and owned.

All Our products are been made to suit the Australian demand of NO artificial colours, NO flavours or preservative, and specially our products are 100% gluten free.

Hot n Spicy has been supplying the local Restaurant and Delicatessen for over a year and has now decided to release its products for Domestic use and the Export market.
